I discovered during my visit, a Arnstadt a very sweet accommodation (though I did not tested it due to my near home itself). The apartments are recommended on the one hand due to its location and as well of the fact that they have been newly renovated in 2011.

Hotelpark Stadtbrauerei Arnstadt is a well-kept hotel area, which is ideal both for rail travelers as well as for cyclists. For train travelers: Located very close to South Station. Bus links to Central Station. For cyclists: Adjacent to the Gera bike path ("Geraradweg").
