The Meininger Hotel Berlin Central Station is situated, as the name suggests, right next to the central train station (Hauptbahnhof). It is the big advantage of this hostel. Arrive in Berlin, leave your luggage in the hostel, that's it.
However, I always had rooms in the fairly far down. The last time on the 1st floor. Music came from somewhere, it was loud - for the price I paid it was average.
There are better hostels available in Berlin.
