Hotel Les Matins Bleus / Essaouira

The hotel "Les Matins Bleus" is the nicest hotel I have stayed in Morocco!
It is situated in the Medina at a dead end and you can reach the beach, the harbor, etc. in a few minutes on foot.
There are rooms on 3 floors, all featuring a private bathroom and toilet which are very beautiful. At the top there is a terrace with a clothesline where you can have breakfast in the morning and it's very cozy!
There is also a kind of lounge area on the ground floor with computer/Internet access and a room to store luggage.


In this beautiful place we stayed for several days... after all the hustle and bustle of the larger cities, Essaouira is the ideal place to relax. If it gets too boring: it's worth to have a trip by local bus for 60 cents along the coast!
At that time, we stranded there by luck as all the hostels were fully booked. The friendly owners took care to our tight budget and were extremely friendly and polite. I can highly recommended this hostel!
