Estonia -
Finland
Travel from Estonia to Finland and make use of the ferry on the route from Tallinn to Helsinki. You have to buy three tickets for this route.
1) From your departure railway station to Tallinn.
2) From Tallinn to Helsinki by ferry. The journey time is two to three hours. Ferry tickets are available from 15 EUR. Frequent ferry connections are available.
3) From Helsinki to your final travel destination in Finland.

Travel from Estonia to Latvia by train. At the border station of Valga you have to change the train. You have to buy two train tickets.
1. One train ticket from your departure station in Estonia to Valga. Example from Tallinn to Valga the ticket fare is 15 EUR. The journey time is 3:20 hours.
2. One train ticket from Valga to your travel destination in Latvia. Example from Valga to Riga the ticket fare is 5 EUR. The journey time is 2:40 hours.
Both tickets are available at the Internet sites of Estonian and Latvian railways.

Travel from Estonia to Russia by direct overnight train. This overnight train runs daily from Tallinn via Saint Petersburg to Moscow.

Tallinn to Moscow: the journey times is 16 hours. Train ticket fares start from 65 EUR.
