Eurail and IC InterCity Bus (ICBus). How to buy a reservation or can I travel for free. Train information, photos and videos.
Buy your train reservation at a railway station. These are usually available at stations in all countries where a particular train runs through. In many countries, especially in central and eastern Europe you can also buy reservations for trains in other countries. In some countries (for instance in the Netherlands or Spain) you have to pay a service fee at the ticket counter.
The IC Bus (Intercity Bus) of DB (German Railways) are running on a number of routes from Germany to several international destinations. Most lines run on routes where there is no direct train connection available. Still, if you prefer to go by train you will find train connections, usually requiring a change of trains.
