Gloucester Cathedral, or "Cathedral Church of St Peter and the Holy and Indivisible Trinity", was build 1089–1499 and is a landmark of the city today. The cathedral has a beautiful inner courtyard and is famous some scenes of Harry Potter which were filmed here (especially in the cloisters).
There are guided tours, a souvenir shop, exhibitions and concerts, some annual special events and a herb garden - quite a lot to see!
