Very specifically, but perfect for people who are interested in what's in their food.

Small but good!

The museum is located on the ground of the wholesale market in Hammberbrook.

Directions:
You can take the S-Bahn to Hammerbrook, exit Süderstraße, then continue through the streets Sachsenfeld and Nagelsweg.
You can enter the terrain north of the wholesale market over a turnstile at the gate.

Important:
The gate normally rotates only in the direction to leave the area.
If you want access, you have to ring the bell! The bell is - quite unimpressive !!! - Before the hub left on the wall.

Opening times:
Like most museums, Monday and Tuesday closed.
On Thursday we open 14:00 - 20:00 h.
On all other days (Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday) 11:00 to 17:00 h.

Note:
Guided tours for individual visitors are probably also offered:
- Thursdays at 18:00 h
- Saturday and Sunday 15:00 h
So if you can ...
Otherwise ... We also spent two hours there without a guide.

Entrance fee:
3,50 EUR per adult person.
