GermanyNeo Cafebar
The cafebar "Neo" is located in Hamburg-Eppendorf and apart from normal menue you can have brunch from 9am-15pm from friday til sunday. Breakfast is more expensive at the weekend but therefore you can also have lunch as the buffet offers hot meals. The cafebar has a relaxed atmosphere and the food is delicious. Hatari - Pfälzer Stube
Excellent burgers and palatinate food in a wooden, relaxing atmosphere. Burgers are really tasty and special for about EUR 8. Good place to start in the night. Attention: often full. Come here around 18:00h or later than 20:00h.
Cao - Vietnamese Food
Cao - Vietnamesisches Essen
Handmade and fresh Vietnamese food, also Thai food. The large portion means large. The small portion is usually enough. And spicy is really spicy! You can eat for around EUR 5.
Erikas Eck
"Erikas Eck" (Erika's Corner) is a long-established and popular restaurant in the "Schanze" in Hamburg! You will get there the best schnitzels in town! They say in the past, all the port workers ate there after their shift. And therefore even today "Erika's Eck" offers hot meals to unusual opening times. All night long hot meals: during the week 17:00 to 14:00 h, on weekends from 17:00 - 09:00 h There are the following specials: Monday: duck or turkey Tuesday: steak Wednesday: roast beef or spareribs Thursday: schnitzel The restaurant offers you affordable prices and hearty food. A classic is the fried potatoes and of course the chips themselves! But be warned: the portions are really biiiig (~ 10 EUR)! So maybe just have a look on the neighbouring tables to see the sizes and think about how hungry you are. ;) In the evening it is often full - a reservation can be useful. The guests are totally mixed in age. There is also a lunch table.

Azeitona
The Azeitona is a little oriental restaurant with vegetarian food. It is inexpensive and good. I like the Falafel there.
Brücke 10 - Die Fischbrötchenbude
Of course there are many snack bars in Hamburg offering incredible fish sandwiches and also on the "Landungsbrücken" there are several of them. The "Fischbrötchenbude" has become our personal favorite, because here you won't find that much tourists and especially because the air has relatively low emissions. Tasty fish in all price ranks from low (about 2.50 EUR / 3.00 EUR for Matjes herring and herring Bismarck) to medium (5,50 EUR for a lush occupied salmon sandwiches) to high (approximately EUR 7.50 a tube filled with an opulent shrimps rolls).
franz & friends
Franzbrötchen - the taste of Hamburg! The "Franzbrötchen" is a classic hamburger buns. The classic version is simply with sugar and cinnamon. At franz & friends in the Central Railway Station of Hamburg (ground floor level, exit Spitalerstraße/Mönckebergstraße) there are Franzbrötchen in no fewer than 15 (!) different varieties. A must try! Opening times: Monday to Sunday 06:00-23:00 h
