The Meininger Hamburg City Center is a hostel or hotel in Altona, about 8 minutes walk from the station. A relatively cheap place to stay for example in a dorm room. There are also great breakfasts!
The reception is open 24 hours and you can check in from 15:00h (check out by 10:00h). There are free lockers available for luggage, washer and dryer. Meanwhile, there is probably also a communal kitchen for guests. Otherwise, there is also a lobby bar and several computers for Internet access (additional fee).
