Interrail is valid on all trains of Srbija Voz (State Railways).

Reservation and supplement:
Day trains: Reservation required on ICS trains. Reservation is optional for all other long distance trains. We recommend to make reservations on the train to Montenegro though.

Belgrade is the central hub of Serbia's railway network. All international main lines start here. Speeds are rather slow and many lines are in need of reconstruction which has been started now. Travelling with Interrail is easy as you can use almost all trains without a reservation. Frequent trains operate on the main lines from Belgrade to Novi Sad, Sid and Nis. On other lines the frequency of trains is not that high. Besides Belgrade, Novi Sad, Subotica and Nis are important cities. Another interesting destination is the Djerdap National Park. Scenic routes run from Nis to Zajecar and from Belgrade to Bar (Montenegr🧐.
