Trenord regional trains operate in the region of Lombardia around Milan in the north of Italy. They call only in larger cities and stations, connecting Milan directly and fast with all areas of Lombardia.
A wide variety of trains is used for Trenord regional trains. Most trains have air-condition and usually offer both 2nd and 1st class seats. Many trains have facilites for the disabled. Most trains convey bicycles. Folding bikes and bikes in a bag are free of charge, for regular bikes an additional ticket is required. You can either buy a day ticket for 3€ or an additional 2nd class ticket for the distance travelled.
