You can view the fountains from 1st May to 3rd October,
on Wednesdays, Sundays and public holidays from 14:30h.
Admission is free.
You should already be there by 14:00h. Calculate two hours for thew way down following the water.
However, you should also be clear about the fact that the water fountains are very crowded touristy.
