Sightseeing in Leverkusen

The "Bayerkreuz" (Bayer Cross) is the largest neon sign in the world. It is located at CHEMPARK Leverkusen and was installed in 1958. The "Bayerkreuz" is the trademark of Bayer AG and became over the decades a landmark of the city of Leverkusen. The diameter is 51 meters, the beam of the cross is 118 meters high.
