The Kapellbrücke is an old bridge, which connects the 2 parts of Lucerne divided by the Reuss River, which leads to the Vierwaldstättersee. The bridge is the oldest in Europa and build in 1333 but burned down several times. The last time in 1992. Several paintings on the bridge date from the 17th century. The bridge is the main tourist attraction in Lucerne so it is very busy. But the bridge gives you a great view across the river and lake!

The Culture and Convention Centre Lucerne (short: KKL) is a multifunctional building with a concert hall, which is appreciated for its top-class acoustics - the concert hall is considered one of the best halls for classical concerts. In the KKL there are daily concerts and performances. The terrace under the huge roof offers a view of the sea bay and nearby mountains.
