The "Calanque du Cap Frioul" is located on the "Ile de Pomègues", the southernmost island of the Frioul archipelago. After arriving by ferry on the "Ile de Ratonneau", cross the dam "Digue Berry" and follow the path up to the signage "Calanque du Cap Frioul".
Think on good footwear, food and sunscreen (on the island there is hardly any shade!). In addition, bathing shoes are beneficial!
