Kumpir is one in 300 degree oven baked hot Kumpir-sized potato, which is cut after baking of the lengthways.
The potato inside is crushed to the outer shell and then mixed with butter, cheese. Until it gets a tasty puree.
Finally, the Kumpir also comes with different fillings, like sausage, tuna and various vegetables. On top of it you can put ketchup, mayonnaise or a tasty sauce and so you have your new favorite snack!
By their composition, the potato is an extremely high-quality food they do provide vitamins, minerals and useful proteins with a high proportion of essential amino acids. She is also a low energy, low in sodium and virtually fat free.
Thus provides parking Kumpir a healthy alternative to fast food popular scene. Due to the diverse and free-surface variations is composable for every taste here.

We were looking after a small meal here and found exactly what suited us.
The mini-restaurant located on a street corner directly in the pedestrian zone.
We ordered one "Special" and one "Vegetarian".

The service was quick and friendly. The food was served quickly.
The meal is not as big and easy to digest.
The price was okay - at least for Swiss standards. They even accepts credit cards, which we had not expected due to the size of the locality.
We can only recommend the gastronomic institution in itself and certainly the snack.
Clean toilets can be found there as well.
