You can walk or use the Nerobergbahn (in the months from April to October). The train runs every fifteen minutes (from late morning to early evening).

We walked up and down we used the train. A single ticket for adults is EUR 2,50.

The Nerobergbahn was opened in September 1888. It is a water ballast track, ie the train going down is pulling the train going up plus some extra water tanks. If you have not seen it, it's hard to imagine how this works.
