Sightseeing in York

The National Railway Museum offers a glimpse into the railway history of England. In the museum are various English railways, like the Flying Scotsman or Mallard, and various international trains, such as a Japanese Shikansen. From the visitor platform the station of York can be observed. The museum offers free admission. But donations are welcome. Opening times: 10:00 - 17:00h
