Eurostar (EST)

The Eurostar high speed trains connect London with Paris and Brussels through the Channel Tunnel, providing the fastest connections from the UK to the continent. Some trains run from London to Marseille, Disneyland Paris and Bourg St Maurice. Since 2017 Eurostar also operates a limited service between London, Brussels and Amsterdam.

Eurostar operates two types of train, both with comfortable seats in 2nd and 1st class. Tickets are offered for three comfort levels:
- Standard: 2nd class seats with four seats per row (2+2)
- Standard Premier: 1st class seats with four seats per row (2+1)
- Business Premier: same 1st class seats as Standard Premier but with additional services
In both Standard Premier and Business Premier a meal is included while Business Premier customers benefit from a number of bonuses such as shorter check-in times and lounge access at terminal stations.

Eurostar currently is operating a fleet of older "TMST" (Trans Manch Super Train) and new "Velaro 320" high speed trains.

TMST:
- Plugs in 1st class only
- no Wifi
- equipped for passengers with reduced mobility
- bicycle storage
- two bistro coaches where you can buy snacks and drinks
- trains are undergoing refurbishment and will be refitted with plugs and Wifi

Velaro 320:
- Plugs at every seat
- Wifi
- equipped for passengers with reduced mobility
- bicycle storage

When travelling with Eurostar, passengers with Standard and Standard Premier Tickets have to check in at least 30 minutes before departure. Passengers with Business Premier have to check in at least 10 minutes before departure.
