Belarus
If you want to travel from Lithuania to Belarus the best option is to take the direct express trains between Vilnius and Minsk that run three times daily. Tickets can be bought online from Lithuanian Railways or at a station.

Latvia
Travel from Lithuania to Latvia by train. At the border station of Daugavpils you have to change the train. You have to buy two train tickets.
1. One train ticket from your departure station in Lithuania to Daugavpils. Example from Vilnius to Daugavpils the ticket fare is 9 EUR. The journey time is 2:40 hours.
2. One train ticket from Daugavpils to your travel destination in Latvia. Example from Daugavpils to Riga the ticket fare is 7 EUR. The journey time is 3:25 hours.
Both tickets are available at the Internet sites of Lithuania and Latvian railways.
If no train connections is available on your planed travel journey, use one of the frequent buses.

Poland
To travel from Lithuania to Poland by train, you have currently only one train connection on weekends. Therefore the journey by bus is the most comfortable way.
If you want to travel by train, first buy a train ticket of Lithuanian railways from your departure station to Bialystok. And a second train ticket from Polish railways from Bialystok to your travel destination in Poland.
