Albania - Greece
If you want to travel from Albania to Greece, you have to take a bus. There is no passenger railway connection available between Albania and Greece.
There are direct buses on the route from Tirana (Albania) to Thessaloniki (Greece). Thessaloniki is connected to the railway network of Greece and as well to international destinations.
Albania - Italy
If you want to travel from Albania to Italy the direct way, you have to use a ferry. Ferry connections are available for example from Durrës (Albania) to Bari (Italy).
Albania - Kosovo
Travel from Albania to Kosovo by bus. There is no train connection available.
Direct buses run from Tirana to Pristina and other travel destinations. The journey time from Tirana to Pristina is four hours. The ticket price is 10 EUR.
Albania - Montenegro
To travel from Albania to Montenegro you have to use a bus. There are no passenger train connections between these two countries.
Travel by one of the frequent bus (minibus) connections from Shkoder to Ulcinj or Podgorica. There are as well long-distance bus connections from Tirana via Shkoder and Podgorica to Kotor.

Albania - Macedonia
Travel from Albania to North Macedonia by bus. There is no train connection available.
Direct buses run from Tirana to Skopje and other travel destinations. The journey time from Tirana to Skopje is 7:30 hours. The ticket price is 20 EUR.
